The High School of Kerasohori is located in a mountainous village with fir trees in Evritania. It was founded in 1976 and before the emigration of Greeks abroad or in the interior the school numbered up to 400 students. As the years pass, Kerasohori as well as other neighboring villages become deserted and the number of young families and therefore students is constantly decreasing. The school, although small, with 29 students in total, undertakes, participates in and prepares European Erasmus+ programs as well as other environmental programs available from KEPEA KARPENISSIOU or other Directorates of Secondary Education.
